HOW TO ORDER
ABOUT OUR ORDER PROCESS
LEARN EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ORDERING PROCESS.
1. BUILD A QUOTE
To create a quote, make sure you can meet the following requirements: Order a minimum of 12 garments , you should have artwork in Illustrator or Photoshop file and know order details.
2. INVOICE & PAYMENT
Once we've worked out all of the details. Based on your order, we will send you an invoice. We can proceed with your order if you approve it. Before we begin working on any order, we require a 50% deposit.
3. YOUR ORDER PROCESS BEGINS
Your order will be processed once the invoice has been paid. Typically, it takes 5 to 10 business days.
4. APPROVE MOCK UP
Approve your mock up and final artwork. Please be sure to look over all details of the mock up before approving the proof.
The order has now been placed in production. Artwork must be prepared, films must be output, screens must be burned, and lastly, your fantastic items must be printed. Leave it to us to handle it!
6. PICK UP / SHIP
Your order is complete! You have the option of picking up your order at Broadway Ink Co. or having it shipped to you. Please keep in mind that the production turn around time does not include delivery time.
